Kirkwood Guest House in the Lake District is ideally positioned for exploring The Lakes. Situated between the two bustling towns of Windermere and Bowness on Windermere we are ten minutes walk to the start of both towns. Our Guest House is situated on a quiet corner with free street parking and two parking places on the property. We have a family four room, two family three rooms, twin and double rooms. All our bedrooms have a shower room en suite and one bedroom has a shower/bath combo en suite. The rooms are decorated to a high quality standard with many period pieces collected from local sale rooms. Our breakfasts include traditional cooked speciality of the house with light and vegetarian options too! Children over the age of five years are welcome.
